Ever notice how stains pass through finished paint films? Here is a water-based primer that’s suitable for interior and exterior walls and ceilings. It hides stains caused by water and solvent-based inks, crayons, ball-point pens, coffee, grease, spices, cooking oils, nicotine and smoke.
Surface preparation & application
- Surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry and free of defective or poorly adhering material such as efflorescence, dirt, grease or wax.
- Where necessary, surfaces should be rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and then dusted off.
- Stir thoroughly and apply 1 coat of Stain Block Primer to the stained surfaces without diluting with water. Allow to dry for 8 hrs. Two coats are recommended for difficult stains.
